Job Title : Senior Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities Liaise between business users & technical teams to deliver enhancements. Conduct requirement workshops and translate into technical specs. Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams across the lifecycle. Write business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Manage backlog, organize user stories for Agile sprints. Support testing (test plans, scripts, defect logging). Prepare system documentation (process flows, journey maps, BPMs). Conduct user research, wireframing, and usability testing. Diagnose and resolve system/process issues. Stakeholder engagement for alignment and transparency. Learn and adapt to new technologies/tools. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Agile/Scrum methodology experience. Strong testing & troubleshooting skills. Experience in documenting requirements and translating into technical needs. Ability to develop test plans, cases, and UAT scripts. Excellent oral/written communication skills. Experience designing, managing, testing, or improving software systems. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or JIRA (ticketing systems). Proven Business Analyst background. Experience with Salesforce Reports. Project Management certifications (PMP, CPM, Scrum/Agile). Ability to summarize technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Experience writing technical user stories & organizing development sprints. Ability to thrive in
fast-paced, changing environments . Nice-to-Have Skills
Adaptability to change. Agile Scrum certified. Salesforce-focused Business Analyst experience. Azure DevOps advanced experience. Energy efficiency / demand-side management knowledge. Salesforce Testing experience. QA Testing exposure. Additional PM certifications (PMP, CPM, Agile/Scrum).
