Job Description
Customer Service Rep Contract at least 3 months with potential to extend or possible conversion Remote
Hourly rate: $20.00-21.00/hr
Must have: Bachelors degree 1-3 years of retail customer service or call center experience
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle customer service inquiries across multiple channels, including toll-free calls, letters, emails, chat, and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. -Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring effective communication across all forms of contact. -Resolve customer issues, including sensitive or complex complaints, using problem-solving and negotiation skills in a timely manner. -Collaborate with Managers and Corporate personnel to address customer concerns and provide solutions, escalating major issues when necessary to protect the brand. -Document all customer interactions and employee information accurately in the customer tracking system, ensuring proper coding and providing updates until the issue is resolved and closed. -Uphold a positive company image, supporting Customer Service goals and the company mission statement through every customer interaction. -Use sound judgment in managing social media-related customer issues, adhering to brand guidelines and social media moderation policies. -Efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound content while maintaining strong follow-up and customer service standards. -Take on special projects and other duties as assigned to support the customer service team.
