What You'll Be Doing:
Handle approximately 40 inbound calls per day -
focus is on quality, not speed Answer questions, provide support, and resolve concerns related to products and orders Build rapport and create memorable customer experiences Educate customers on product features and benefits Use systems like Salesforce and proprietary phone tools (training provided) Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping, pricing, and product availability issues
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Friendly, empathetic communicator with a passion for helping others Able to work onsite in Olmsted Township for the first 30 days
Important Notes:
Must pass a standard drug screen (nicotine-free preferred for permanent hire) Reliable transportation required for the first month Start date:
October 27 Assignment expected through end of January, with opportunity to be hired on based on performance and volume
