As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and organization within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper. Prepare and distribute office correspondence and reports. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus. Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
