• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, demonstrating expertise in campaign management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms to track and optimize campaign performance.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to conduct detailed market analysis and apply insights to strategic planning.
