Overview

TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Rate: $33 per hour)

Hybrid: 3 days in Downtown San Francisco office; 2 days remote.

Our client is a well-established financial services firm located in Downtown San Francisco, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant for an immediate long-term temporary assignment.

The ideal candidate will have administrative support experience within financial services.

Must have experience with Concur.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and the SF office.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements (Concur).
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience with experience working within a fast-paced finance firm.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Concur is a must.
  • Available to work on-site in Downtown San Francisco.
