Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize documents required for audits and financial reports.
  • Assist the HR department with workers’ compensation audits.
  • Track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines to ensure completion of projects.
  • Assist in organizing staff events and maintaining an organized system to track deadlines for projects and events.
  • Prepare and track tax-related documents and maintain confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, bookkeeping or accounting-adjacent experience
  • Experience gathering tax and audit information (a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other electronic record-keeping systems
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online
  • Familiarity with COBID, Medicaid, and other industry certifications (preferred but not required)
