Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Accounting and Finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for general accounting operations, preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and supporting audits. This role plays a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data and providing insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules.
• Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Analyze financial data and provide variance explanations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and review.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and system upgrades.
