Job Summary
A TPG delivery parts driver spends a portion of his/her work day delivering parts to/from our customer's operational facility in San Angelo, Texas. Other responsibilities may include parts stocking, inventory review, stock room housekeeping and other duties assigned by the Site Manager or his designee.
Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out pickups and deliveries in a manner that utilizes time efficiently
- Understand parts acceptance procedures and may be required to sign for parts acceptance
- Responsible for handling customer cash if purchases are required
- Maintains clear and accurate paperwork related to the delivery or receipt of parts and supplies
- Provide appropriate documentation of delivery confirmation and payment receipts
- Represent TPG in a professional manner to our customer and to vendors
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver\'s License
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach and twist without limitations
- Good knowledge of the San Angelo city area
- Clean MVR
- Basic knowledge of automobile and truck parts preferred
- Previous experience in parts room preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software would be beneficial
- Safety Sensitive position requiring all persons assigned to activity be drug free
