We’re seeking a dynamic HR Generalist for a direct hire opportunity in Morris County, NJ.
Title: HR Generalist
Location: Morris County, NJ
Salary Range: $85,000–$110,000 annually depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Administer benefits, leave programs (FMLA/disability), and performance cycle
- Oversee performance management and talent development initiatives
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and offboarding processes
- Maintain HRIS records with precision and accuracy
- Draft and update HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR or related field)
- HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
- 5–8 years of HR Generalist experience required
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and training
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. Paychex, Workday, ADP, SAP)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
