Executive Recruiter - Human Resources, Supply Chain & Administrative Support. Responsibilities
- As our HR Generalist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions. You’ll be the go-to person for employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and more—ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and our culture continues to thrive.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Assist with payroll coordination and HRIS data integrity
- Lead employee engagement efforts and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Partner with leadership on organizational changes and workforce planning
- Handle employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in financial services or a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
