ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE

The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced. They lead food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, and presentation.

As a Starbucks Barista, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by connecting with guests to deliver quality handcrafted beverages and food.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food and Beverage Standards and all Starbucks’ brand standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and cleaning tasks.
• Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations.
• Complete all required Starbucks trainings related to quality control.
• Work in a safe manner and comply with all safety policies and best practices.
• All other duties based on business needs.
