We’re seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to support, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems across our organization. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a knack for diagnosing issues efficiently, and ensures end-users experience minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support network connectivity and cybersecurity protocols.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of hardware/software configurations.
• Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person support.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent.
