Key Responsibilities

• Move, stock, receive, and pack outbound warehouse merchandise.
• Assist in inventory management and counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety regulations.
• Complete tasks including shipping, receiving, packaging, and organizing.
• Unload shipments, verify orders, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Prepare products for manufacturing and distribution, inspect for defects, and verify counts.
• Manage inventory adjustments, organize merchandise, and interpret production schedules.
• Maintain packaging supplies and work independently or as part of a team.
• Use Warehouse management or ERP systems occasionally and support company goals.
• Participate in training, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety initiatives.

Skills & Abilities

• Punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
• Efficient, team-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred.
• Handle basic issues independently and possess subject matter knowledge.

Education & Experience

• 2-3+ years warehousing experience, forklift operation, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma typically required; forklift license a plus.

Requirements

• Over 21 years old.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks for prolonged periods.
• Work in a cannabis manufacturing environment with PPE provided.
