Responsibilities
Guide and coach managers through career family assessments and the creation/editing of job descriptions.
Benchmark roles against both internal and external markets to ensure competitive compensation.
Identify and participate in compensation benchmark surveys, with a specific focus on IT roles.
Analyze survey data and provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership based on findings.
Maintain and utilize the company’s compensation survey platform, dashboard, and analytics tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to address and resolve compensation-related issues.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Compensation.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with compensation systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, PayFactors).
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders.
Experience in survey participation, data modeling, and developing compensation strategies.
Preferred
Certifications such as CCP, PHR, or a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
