Overview Stellar Senior Living is seeking experienced leaders in Senior Living (Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care) to join our mission as we expand our presence in Colorado. We aim to make the lives of 10,000+ people significantly better by 2030, serving 60 communities.

Experienced senior living professionals who know the unique challenges and rewards of Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care operations.

Key Qualifications

Leadership Excellence: You lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best.

Proven Success: You have a history of driving occupancy and delivering results on time and within budget.

Operational Mastery: Your expertise spans operations, healthcare, customer service, and fiscal responsibility in senior living.

Strong Relationship Builder: You build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the broader community.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.

Licensed Assisted Living Administrator required.
