Overview
Apogee is recruiting for Human Resource Specialists to support a proposal effort on Space Systems Command (SSC) CG. SSC CG is responsible for the planning, acquisition, and sustainment of space-enabled MilComm & PNT capabilities for National/Joint Force Operations. The Directorate acquires an integrated system of satellites, ground segments, and user equipment providing communications and PNT capabilities to aviation, maritime, and ground-mounted and dismounted users and fixed sites. Additionally, the Directorate is responsible for the effective administration, management, and execution of resources for all Programs within its portfolio. This is a full-time role at Los Angeles AFB, Los Angeles, CA. ****Contingent Upon Contract Award**** Responsibilities
Provide Directorate-level support for infrastructure, human resources, and personnel management, along with information management activities Track and maintain accountability for all assigned hardware assets, including laptops and personal wireless communications devices In-process new employees, set up user profiles, and manage organizational email accounts Coordinate as needed to co-locate government personnel and support contractors Evaluate and analyze space requirements and coordinate requests, monitor building occupancy, and provide monthly facility reports Ensure compliance with facility regulations and directives Plan, organize, and evaluate the organization's training and professional development program Monitor and report personnel training in support of Air Force and Space Force training programs Coordinate with functional organizations regarding non-governmental training courses Notify units of special duty and professional military education opportunities Track, document, and process Office of Government Ethics 450 forms Track and monitor submissions of military and civilian awards and decorations Monitor and track deploying personnel and deployment equipment. Manage the Task Management Tool and Organizational Inbox for new taskers Track military performance reports, feedback forms, and promotion forms Notify raters of performance report due dates and quality check reports Maintain records of the performance of all military members Ensure Individual Mobilization Augmentees (IMA) compliance with regulations Provide analysis of unit military manning and plan for future requirements Provide expertise on civilian matters related to procedures, rules, and regulations Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Familiarity with space-related research, acquisitions, and communications disciplines Effective, efficient, written, and oral communication skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel Ability to work on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently Ability to oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job Additional Information
