Our client, a rapidly growing and innovative medical device firm based in Maryland, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence, scale business performance, and support strategic growth initiatives. About the Role

As COO, you will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to oversee day-to-day operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure execution of the company’s strategic vision. This is a critical leadership role that demands a proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation in medical technology. Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimize all operational aspects of the company across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and commercial functions. Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute growth strategies, operational plans, and key initiatives. Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams aligned with company values and business objectives. Drive process improvements, scalability, and operational efficiencies to support rapid growth and product innovation. Manage vendor relationships, regulatory compliance, and risk to ensure seamless business continuity. Provide insightful reporting and KPIs to the executive team and board to support data-driven decision making. Ideal Experience & Skills

Proven COO or senior operations leadership experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or related regulated environments. Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, quality systems, and regulatory frameworks (FDA, ISO). Demonstrated success scaling operations in a high-growth, innovative company. Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative, transparent style and ability to motivate cross-functional teams. Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working closely with executive leadership and boards. Location:
