SAP Partner Program Alliance Director - Associate Director at EY. US-based Alliance Relationship Partner Program Associate Director (ARD) who can manage the SAP partner programs – including relationship collaboration and governance, alliance partner program oversight, contracts and compliance management and performance intelligence. This role offers the opportunity to work with people across the globe and across EY service lines and sectors. The location is flexible with a mix of virtual work and regular coordination with team members; some travel is required. Responsibilities
Develop and execute SAP alliance partner program strategy Gain access to alliance SAP level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally, driving local activation and compliance Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting and metrics for alliance partner impact/influence Activate new countries and super regions globally, ensuring proper approvals and governance for new programs, supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contracts Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network through content, knowledge sharing, and market insights Qualifications and Attributes for Success
Ability to juggle multiple activities and provide enablement services in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational support; strong relationship-building skills and highly organized Understanding of SAP technology and business benefits of alliance partner products and solutions Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services companies Proven success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships Strong networking and influence management skills with a track record of driving actions to outcomes across organizational boundaries Credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and a proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues What We Look For
