As Director of Business Development, you’ll be responsible for landing new logos across corporate legal departments and law firms. You’ll lead enterprise-level sales cycles, working with GCs, CIOs, and litigation support leaders. Responsibilities
Drive net-new revenue through proactive prospecting and consultative sales Engage C-level stakeholders across legal and compliance Lead RFP responses and negotiate enterprise contracts Work closely with product and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategy Requirements
5 years of sales experience in eDiscovery, legal tech, or SaaS Proven ability to close six-figure annual contracts Strong network across AmLaw 200 and Fortune 500 Consultative and strategic selling approach Compensation & Benefits
$150,000 base $150,000 OTE (uncapped) Equity participation Health, vision, dental, 401k Hybrid — DC preferred, remote considered for top talent
