Front Desk Supervisor role at a premier 34-story waterfront condominium with 340 units. Lead and oversee front desk operations, delivering exceptional resident and guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a polished demeanor, and a passion for service. Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and support front desk staff, including scheduling and daily task assignments Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors Ensure prompt, professional, and courteous responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests Oversee package management, visitor logs, key control, and access protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area Enforce building security procedures and community policies Coordinate with property management, maintenance, and security teams to support smooth daily operations Monitor and report incidents, resident issues, or operational concerns to management Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new front desk personnel Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, escalating when appropriate Prepare and deliver regular updates or reports to property management Qualifications

Prior experience in a luxury residential building, hospitality, or property management setting Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking skills Familiarity with building management systems, package tracking software, or visitor management tools is a plus Benefits
