Medical Assistant
We are seeking dedicated Medical Assistants to support multispecialty practices including Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and OB/GYN. These roles are based in high-volume, fast-paced clinical settings where professionalism, adaptability, and patient-centered care are essential. Key Responsibilities
Take and record patient vital signs Conduct patient intake: collect medical history, record symptoms, and escort patients to exam rooms Prepare and stock examination rooms Clean and sterilize instruments using autoclave Set up rooms for procedures Provide excellent customer service and professional communication Required Qualifications
Completion of a Medical Assistant diploma program Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant Professional communication and customer service skills Experience with EMR systems (Eclinical Works preferred) Ability to work MondayFriday, with flexibility for late nights and rotating weekends Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish (Highly Preferred
80% of patients are Spanish-speaking) Certification as a Medical Assistant (preferred but not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience in a high-volume clinical setting Skills & Competencies
Must-Have Skills: Medical assisting (clinical) Phlebotomy Vital signs and patient care EMR usage (ECW preferred) Primary care support Nice-to-Have Skills: Front office experience Certification credentials Multispecialty experience Compensation
Pay Rate: $18.00
$20.00/hour The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
