Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Mason, Ohio. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate billing and collections processes. Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable processes, including creating and issuing up to 150 invoices per week. Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies, resolve short payments, and handle collections. Investigate and address issues with vendor payment systems, including platforms such as Lavante, Ariba, and Coupa. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payment processing for a portfolio of over 200 customers. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to load and manage payment information effectively. Support month-end close activities, assisting with reconciliations and preparing financial reports. Utilize ERP systems such as Acumatica and Kiwi to streamline accounts receivable operations. Develop and implement solutions to improve billing accuracy and efficiency. Provide guidance on accounts receivable best practices and continuously seek opportunities for process improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in accounts receivable, including billing and collections. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve account discrepancies. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Acumatica and Kiwi. Familiarity with vendor payment platforms such as Lavante, Ariba, and Coupa. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
