Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and providing excellent customer service while reporting to the Office Manager.
  • Taking payments from clients at the window and processing payments through RVS.
  • Filing and organizing documents as needed, ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Have prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role (preferred).
  • Are available to work part-time hours, Monday through Thursday.
  • Are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
