The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 3–7 years of experience to lead our marketing strategy and execution in alignment with our luxury brand. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, creativity, and strategic insight to elevate our brand presence and drive growth. Experience in financial services is strongly preferred, though not required. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is also preferred.
The right candidate will be self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable working with fast-paced executives, financial planners, and IT professionals in a performance-driven culture. This role requires exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills, design creativity, and the ability to plan and implement effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing department in support of company vision and strategic growth.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Source and coordinate expert content for distribution via website, podcasts, social media, print, live events, and other platforms.
- Implement brand strategy consistently across all business segments.
- Partner with department heads to ensure the highest levels of client experience and satisfaction.
- Collect, manage, and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
- Draft press releases, client communications, and public-facing content.
- Optimize marketing budget allocation for maximum ROI.
- Direct major client and company events.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to marketing team members.
- Leverage CRM, SEO, and marketing automation tools (Salesforce/Salentica, HubSpot, InDesign, MS Suite, etc.) to enhance lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
- Strong project management, communication, and creative design skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Financial services industry experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
