Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a respected organization in Colorado Springs. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and gain hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration.

Job Description:

The HR Generalist will support daily HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, and employee records management. This role partners with hiring managers and HR leadership to deliver a seamless candidate and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Schedule and facilitate interview panels and assessments
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee data in HR systems
• Support onboarding, including new hire paperwork, HRIS entry, and orientation sessions
• Assist with bi-monthly new hire welcome events
• Organize personnel files, action forms, and HR invoices
• Handle employment verifications and compliance requirements
• Partner with managers to create and update job descriptions and postings
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HR experience
• Familiarity with HR processes including onboarding and recruiting
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Contract length: 3+ months with potential for extension
• Work Environment: 100% onsite to start, with hybrid flexibility (in-office at least once per week after training)
• Collaborative team culture with supportive HR leadership
