We’re hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support our growing manufacturing team across Lewis Center, OH, Elgin, IL, and Cincinnati, OH. If you're passionate about people, problem-solving, and building strong teams, this is your chance to shine.

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to partner for employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Lead recruiting efforts and onboarding for production and support roles
  • Drive engagement, retention, and team-building initiatives
  • Manage leave programs, investigations, and workers’ comp cases
  • Collaborate with safety and operations to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Travel occasionally to support multiple sites

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of HR experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and leave management
  • Recruiting and workers’ comp experience
  • Great communication skills and a people-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • ADP Workforce Now experience and HR certifications a plus
