Temp HR Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30/8:00am to 4:30/5:00pm

Pay: $23-25/hr

Duration: 2 months

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team with administrative and record-keeping responsibilities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Duties

  • Upload employee documents into Paycor, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain organized and confidential employee records and files.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and document management.
  • Provide support for day-to-day HR operations and assist with additional administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Paycor experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
