Business Analyst Job at RCM Technologies, Inc. in San Juan

Length of Contract: Six Months (6) (with option to extend)

Position Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to support our client. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into CRM requirements, and ensuring the effective use of the CRM to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements related to the client system and its integration with the CRM.
• Analyze current CRM processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement CRM solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain CRM documentation, including process flows and user guides.
• Provide support and training to CRM users.
• Participate in testing and validation of CRM enhancements and integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on CRM systems.
• Understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Experience working on CRM system-related projects (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot).

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in Business Analyst/CRM.
