POSITION PROFILE: The Business Analyst for Process Automation and Improvement plays a vital role in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing our clients’ business processes. You will work in collaboration with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and technical implementation teams to uncover automation opportunities, define solution requirements, and drive business value through streamlined processes. The primary responsibility is to evaluate client workflows and business systems, document their current state, and recommend improvements through the use of Ricoh’s suite of Business Process Automation solutions, including ECM, RPA, Document Management, and AI/BI tools. You will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful design and delivery of fit-for-purpose solutions.
