As a IT Support Engineer with a fast-growing Managed Services Provider, you’ll be on the front lines of client success—supporting desktops, servers, networking, and cloud environments across a wide range of small to mid-sized businesses.
This is not your typical helpdesk role. You’ll work hands-on with modern and legacy tech, collaborate with a skilled team of engineers, and directly interact with clients who rely on you to keep their businesses running. Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for PCs, servers, LAN/WAN/WLAN, and cloud systems.
- Administer, maintain, and monitor Windows Servers (2016, 2019, 2022).
- Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Office apps for client environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment (Cisco, SonicWALL, Linksys, etc.).
- Handle backup administration (Symantec, StorageCraft, and similar tools).
- Work directly with clients—listening, troubleshooting, and translating tech into business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and document solutions for knowledge-sharing.
- 3–5 years of MSP or IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
- IP networking skills (switching, VLANs, WiFi protocols, VPNs).
- Ability to manage WAN, routers, gateways, and SSL VPNs.
- A positive, service-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of MSP or IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
- IP networking skills (switching, VLANs, WiFi protocols, VPNs).
- Ability to manage WAN, routers, gateways, and SSL VPNs.
- Excellent communication and a service-oriented mindset.
Salary & Benefits
- $65,000-$75,000
