Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Are you a hands-on IT professional who thrives in dynamic environments and loves working face-to-face with clients? We’re looking for a Support Specialist who’s comfortable wearing multiple hats—from setting up workstations to troubleshooting server environments—across a wide variety of industries and businesses. If you enjoy solving problems on the front lines and being the tech clients rely on, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be a key member of the field support team, helping clients resolve technical issues and optimize their systems—primarily on-site across Long Island.

  • Install and support Office 365, Exchange clients, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and user access
  • Manage file shares, print services, and remote access tools
  • Add/remove users, set group policies, review logs, and manage backups
  • Set up and maintain firewalls (SonicWALL, Meraki), routers, and basic network infrastructure
  • Support DNS, TCP/IP, and general connectivity troubleshooting
  • Work with Terminal Services, Citrix environments, and remote desktop tools
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication at every touchpoint

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in a technical support role, preferably with MSP experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktops, O365, networking, and endpoint devices
  • Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and general LAN/WAN concepts
  • Ability to work independently on client sites and manage multiple priorities
  • Solid communication skills and a service-first mindset
