Join the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) as a Principal GTM Specialist for Third-Party (3P) Analytics ISV Adoption. In this role, you will lead the global GTM strategy and field execution for a focused set of top-tier analytics software providers—such as Snowflake, Databricks, and others. You’ll work closely with AWS sales, GTM, and partner teams to position and scale joint solutions that combine AWS-native services and partner offerings, helping customers get the best of both worlds. As customers increasingly adopt hybrid analytics stacks, this role is critical in enabling the field to lead with architecture-first solutions, drive platform adoption, and unlock business value through AWS-aligned ISV integrations. Key responsibilities Define and lead the go-to-market strategy for AWS field teams to accelerate customer adoption of analytics workloads built on both AWS and third-party platforms.
Develop and scale field-ready sales plays, messaging, and enablement programs that position AWS as the best place to run and extend 3P analytics solutions.
Serve as the primary GTM lead within the Worldwide Analytics GTM team for a defined portfolio of analytics ISVs, ensuring consistent execution across regions and verticals.
Support strategic customer opportunities, helping customers adopt integrated analytics solutions that combine 1P and 3P components.
Collaborate closely with AWS Partner teams to align on GTM planning, field engagement, and customer-facing initiatives for joint solutions.
Monitor and analyze adoption trends, usage patterns, and competitive insights to inform GTM prioritization and optimize field-facing programs.
Coordinate across internal stakeholders, including marketing, field enablement, BD, and partner teams, to ensure alignment and momentum behind shared GTM goals.

Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 7+ years of technical design / implementation / consulting experience
7+ years of business development, product management, management consulting, and strategic partnership experience
Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated success driving customer adoption programs or field-facing motions in complex, matrixed organizations
Strong understanding of the data and analytics ecosystem, including AWS services and platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, EMR, and Glue
Proven ability to build messaging frameworks, sales content, and scalable enablement materials for field teams
Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Analytical mindset with experience using data to prioritize GTM investments and track program success
