Executive Assistant
to support their Managing Director and CEO as well as a some support to a select group of early-stage portfolio companies. This is a unique opportunity to be embedded in the world of top-tier founders, cutting-edge technologies, and next-generation global businesses. Salary will be between $150-160K plus bonus, benefits and high-end perks. Located mid-Peninsula and is
in-office 5 days/week . Responsibilities include: Manage fast-moving, complex calendars across multiple time zones Coordinate meetings, conduct prep and research, and manage all logistics Handle domestic and international travel Prepare and submit detailed expense reports Organize conferences, events, and speaking engagements Own and manage correspondence, information flow, and communications Support deal flow processes and track investment opportunities Provide operational support to emerging startups (e.g., scheduling, office setup, hiring, benefits, legal coordination) Ideal Candidate Profile: 6-10 years of high-level EA experience, with exposure to early-stage environments and operations Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills Sharp attention to detail, strong reasoning, and sound judgment Diplomatic, discreet, and highly motivated Experience with event planning and special projects is a plus Seniority level
