Job Title: Teacher
Duties:
- Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
- Use effective teaching strategies to engage children in active learning experiences
- Assess and monitor the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities and events
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
