Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Skills Proficient in using POS systems for cashiering tasks. Experience in supervising staff or leading a team is a plus. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that attract customer interest. Bilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance sales performance. Familiarity with merchandising principles to create appealing displays. Experience in stocking products efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy. Background in retail sales with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
