Forklift Operator/Material Handler

Job Description: Forklift / Material Handler – Warehouse Position Summary Hanzo Logistics is seeking a Forklift/Material Handler that is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize products within the warehouse. This role ensures that inventory is handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers. Move materials to designated storage areas and stage products for shipment. Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to shipping requirements. Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs. Assist with cycle counts and inventory management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one. Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and walking for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems a plus. Physical Requirements Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Work in warehouse conditions that may include varying temperatures and noise levels.
