We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent time management skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively. This role requires proficiency in various construction management software and tools, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for project planning and execution. Conduct thorough construction estimating to assess project costs accurately. Oversee project documentation including contracts, blueprints, schematics, and other essential paperwork. Monitor job site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Facilitate collaboration among project teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Proficiency in construction estimating tools such as Bluebeam and Civil 3D. Familiarity with project coordination tasks including blueprint reading and contract management. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with project scheduling using Primavera or similar software is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience on construction sites is highly desirable.
