We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet production goals. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, flexo presses, stamping presses, and press brake machines. Perform setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting of equipment as needed. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production. Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Handle materials with care during packaging and fabrication processes. Utilize hand tools effectively for assembly tasks. Participate in routine maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is preferred. Knowledge of mechanical systems and tooling techniques is essential. Experience operating forklifts and handling materials safely is a plus. Strong understanding of basic math principles for measurement and calculations. Ability to work with various hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Previous experience in quality control processes is beneficial. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
