As our Lead Toddler Teacher, you'll join us in our mission to bring
laughter, learning and love
to the children and families who we serve. You'll spend each day creating and facilitating play-filled, theme based activities that nurture the growth and development of the children in your care and will enjoy becoming apart of an incredible team of teachers in an environment where fun is expected and ENCOURAGED As our toddler lead, you will: Maintain a daily atmosphere filled with laughter, learning and love Utilize your talents to create a customized learning environment through our theme-based, teacher-crafted curriculum Communicate caringly with our incredible families regarding each child's daily growth and learning Work a great schedule with exciting variety in your days Grow your skill set and gain experience in the field of early childhood education Education/Experience: Applicant must meet the experience and education requirements for a Lead Teacher as outlined by MN DHS Rule 3. Some post secondary education required. CDA, Associates or Bachelors Degree strongly preferred. Experience needed dependent upon education. Experience working in a licensed childcare setting or as a student intern strongly preferred. We are happy to assist in determining qualification Hours : Hours 7:30- 4:30 Monday - Friday Compensation/Benefits: $500 SIGN- ON BONUS after successful completion of 90 days employment
