We are seeking skilled and dedicated individuals for the position of Framing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and be proficient in both residential and commercial framing projects. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Duties Erect metal buildings and perform metal stud framing as per project specifications. Execute concrete forming and finishing tasks, ensuring proper alignment and leveling. Install rebar according to engineering specifications to reinforce concrete structures. Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and block laying, as needed for projects. Utilize welding techniques for structural integrity where required. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Perform carpentry duties including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and woodworking tasks. Conduct plastering, roofing, siding, and stucco work as part of the finishing process. Assist in restoration and remodeling projects with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while maintaining safety standards. Participate in heavy lifting tasks as necessary for material handling on-site. Experience
