We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves working collaboratively with our staff to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in patient treatment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics. Conduct dental extractions and root canal therapy as needed. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed in all clinical settings. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care. Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques. Skills Proficient in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy. Experience in pediatric dentistry and working with children is preferred. Ability to perform medical imaging and understand aseptic techniques. Familiarity with medical documentation practices related to patient care. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clinical procedures. Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
