About the Role 5Candidates is looking for a driven hunter on behalf of ARMO to join their journey as a Sales Development Rep (SDR). In this role, you will be an integral part of ARMO's go-to-market team and drive business growth by generating leads and promoting ARMO across both the U.S. East and West Coasts. You will be focused on outbound prospecting, responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers through email, phone, and LinkedIn campaigns, nurturing them through the initial stages of the sales funnel, and setting up qualified appointments while working closely with the sales and marketing teams. What Will You Do? Initiate custom reach outs based on ICP (ideal customer profile), lists, and marketing-generated leads in the U.S. Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting, identifying and qualifying potential leads through calls, emails, and social media. Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new sales opportunities. Concisely deliver ARMO's message, value proposition, and use cases. Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries from marketing activities. Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring CRM data accuracy. Schedule discovery meetings and demos, preparing the sales team prior to discussions. Research and evaluate prospects before engagement. Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outbound strategies and messaging. Represent ARMO at industry events and partner conferences. About You 2 years of SaaS SDR experience demonstrating quota achievement. Passionate, competitive, and enthusiastic about sales with a drive to exceed targets. Familiar with CRM systems and lead management tools. Self-starter and self-learner who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Persistent — when someone closes a door, you find a window. Hands-on, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Advantage: Experience in DevOps, developer tools, or cybersecurity.
