We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. The Maintenance Technician will also play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and leadership within the team. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve issues efficiently. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems accurately. Fabricate parts as needed to ensure equipment is operational. Perform welding tasks to repair or create components. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of facilities maintenance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members. Experience in customer service to enhance client interactions. Knowledge of logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks. Solid understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to fabricate components as required for repairs or improvements. Familiarity with reading schematics for various mechanical systems. Welding experience is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in facilities maintenance is advantageous.
