Job Overview
We are seeking an outgoing and hardworking Entry Level Marketing and Sales Representative to join our marketing and sales team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in marketing and sales. Duties Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand market reach. Engage in lead generation through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Manage accounts by building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for product promotion. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines effectively. Provide product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings. Participate in territory management by identifying key markets and developing strategies for penetration. Assist in negotiation processes to close deals and achieve sales targets. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve service delivery. Support inside sales efforts by following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns. Requirements Strong interest in marketing, sales, or business development; previous experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions. Experience in B2B sales or technology sales is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in negotiation techniques and upselling strategies is beneficial. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to engage in direct sales activities, including retail sales when necessary.
