Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. Persons of interest that want to travel, we have opportunities for that as well. In the traveling opportunity, a Part 107 drone license will be required (training for this is available). In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management and business development strategies. You will engage with clients and foster long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in both B2B and direct sales environments. Duties Develop a sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and product demos to prospective clients. Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies that align with business objectives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts while identifying new business prospects. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to effectively position solutions in the market. Participate in team meetings to enhance skills in sales management, territory management, and technical sales. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales with a focus on technology or retail sectors is preferred. Strong background in account management and business development with demonstrated success in achieving sales goals a huge plus. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus. Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong analysis skills for evaluating market opportunities. Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively while conveying technical information clearly to clients. Previous experience in direct sales, and outside sales is advantageous.
