We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and business development strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both B2B and direct sales, with the ability to engage clients through various sales techniques including cold calling and product demonstrations. Your expertise in territory management and customer service will be critical in building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer relationships Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales, preferably in a B2B environment Strong understanding of business development principles and account management practices Familiarity with technology sales processes is highly desirable Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and utilize insights for strategic decision-making Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer engagement Experience in cold calling and lead generation techniques is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple territories effectively while meeting deadlines A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills This is a commission based position.
