Overview This position is entirely Commission based with no limit. The more you sell the more you earn. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, with a focus on B2B sales and account management. You will leverage your skills in negotiation, lead generation, and customer service to build lasting relationships with clients and exceed sales targets. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives within your territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. Track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making. Negotiate contracts and close deals while upselling additional products or services as appropriate. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Skills Proven experience in outside sales with a strong record of success in B2B environments. Basic spreadsheet skills. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to building long-term relationships. Proficiency in territory management and direct sales strategies. Ability to conduct thorough analysis of market data to identify opportunities for growth. Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
