We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role is crucial in upholding the standards of hygiene and presentation, contributing to overall guest satisfaction. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols to meet health and safety regulations. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs with professionalism. Skills Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Experience in floor care techniques and equipment operation. Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is a plus. Custodial experience in various settings is highly valued. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.
