The Senior Manager of Payments Product and Vendor Management will lead the optimization, development and commercial success of BetMGM Payments, Risk and Fraud. The ideal candidate will possess deep payments expertise (with special consideration given to candidates with gaming experience) and have extensive vendor management, commercial and negotiation experience. The Senior Manager of Payments will work under the general direction of the Sr. Director of Risk, Fraud & Payments; however, they will be expected to operate independently and maintain accountability over their area of responsibility. The position will oversee employees in one or more functional areas and be responsible for setting priorities and deadlines aligned with the organization’s goals, establishing quality control measures, reviews of work product, and mentoring staff. This individual will actively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders while serving as a reliable liaison for the Customer Operations team. Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for payments and vendor management systems aligned with company goals. Lead a Product Team to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and develop business cases for new initiatives, including ROI analysis and risk assessment. Own vendor selection, onboarding and evaluation processes for third-party payment and financial service providers. Negotiate contracts and SLAs to ensure favorable terms and performance standards. Maintain strong relationships with key vendors, acting as the primary point of contact. Track vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with business goals. Set KPIs and success metrics for product performance and vendor relationships. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration and prioritize features based on business impact, customer feedback and technical feasibility. Collaborate with engineering, design and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal risk policies in all payment-related products. Manage and optimize payment processing infrastructure, including gateways, processors, and alternative payment methods. Implement feedback loops from users and stakeholders to continuously improve products and processes. Essential Functions

Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time. Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years leading product teams, vendor management and commercial negotiation in Technology, Financial Services, Payments, Ecommerce and/or Online Gaming. Cross-Functional Skills: Comfortable in a matrixed environment, with proven ability to partner across Product, Operations, Data Science, and Engineering teams to integrate and optimize solutions. Project Management: Proven ability to lead projects, manage vendors, and oversee the development of complex solutions in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for cross-functional teams and executive leadership. The annual salary range for this position is $136,000 to $181,334. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan. Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements

As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations, including licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, and some positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to maintain licensure may result in termination. Licensing includes comprehensive background checks, which may cover criminal records, financial history and personal background verification.
